OK, before I start bending roll cage tubes, I have some more nasty work to do. I'll need to fabricate mounting points and reinforce the pan where the cage will attach. The pan and insides of the "tub" were at one time "swiss cheese" from rust. The PO installed patch panels that appear to be brazed to the car. This makes for a cosmetic fix, but I don't trust it for structural mounting of the cage. I also found some rust on the center tunnel where water had collected under the wiring cover. All the white stuff is glass bead that I need to vacuum out.

Also, I ordered new CV joints and axles.
