A three day weekend full of plans for fabrication - and of course I ran out of steel mix and had to weld with flux core wire.

I fabricated shock brackets and tacked them to trailing arms. I'll fully weld them up when I get some gas.

I also cut holes in the rear parcel shelf for the relocated shocks. I think the geometry of everything looks pretty good. I have about 1" surplus shock travel, so I've got a 1/2" of "fat" at both full droop and full jounce so I hopefully I won't break the shocks or brackets driving in the dirt. I have some urethane bump stops to install - I'll get that done tomorrow.

The upper shock mount is just temporary to hold everything in place while I check the geometry. I'll tie top of the shocks to the roll cage when I get to it.

It looks like I'll have about 7.5" of total travel on the back.
